It is now official-and a big relief-there is no outbreak of the dreaded Ebola in Kenya. A Kenyan official says health experts are investigating a hospital patient who has Ebola-like symptoms. According to the company, the breach of billing collection agency American Medical Collection Agency (AMCA) also hit them between August 1, 2018, and March 30, 2019. "Since learning of the AMCA data security incident, we have suspended sending collection requests to AMCA". Quest said it was notified that between August 1, 2018 and March 30, 2019, someone had unauthorized access to the systems of AMCA, a billing collections vendor, according to Wendy Bost, a spokesperson for Quest. LabCorp said it will no longer do business with AMCA. In an emailed statement Monday, AMCA said it was taking steps to increase the security of its systems, including migrating its web payment portal services to a third-party vendor. (more...)

According to the new definition, gaming behavior shifts into a disorder when it takes precedence over other daily activities, and starts to impair a person's relationships, school or work responsibilities for at least a year.
