Dementia Research Institute. "In the next 30 years, the number of people with dementia is expected to triple ", said WHO Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. More investment in dementia prevention is being urged after the global cost of caring for people with the condition reached £632bn a year. However, there was not always strong evidence that dementia risk would be reduced with these steps. (more...)

Infections cause flu-like symptoms - including fever and back pain - as well as joint pain . Gilead will donate its Truvada prevention pill until a second-generation version becomes available. The agreement between the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Gilead will last until at least December 31, 2025 and possibly through December 31, 2030, and will provide medication to treat individuals who are at risk for HIV and who are uninsured. Instagram did not disclose the specific percentage of misinformation that hashtags must present in order to be blocked because the social network does not want to encourage users to "try to game the system", according to the report. The husband and wife ate raw marmot meat and organs, which they believed to be good for health, according to The Washington Post . The quarantine was lifted on May 7, 2019. The Black Death wiped out millions of people in the Middle Ages but cases are now very rare. Aipiin Gilimkhaan, the local governor, had also confirmed to AFP that since Monday when the quarantine was lifted no other people were suspected of suffering from the bubonic plague in that area. An outbreak of 32 cases of the chickenpox at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, an elementary school, and Assumption Academy, a high school, had prompted the health department to ban all students without proof of immunity from the school for 21 days.
