Online retailers Eastbay.com, Footlocker.com, SafetyFirstSports.com, SportsUnlimitedInc.com and Xenith.com sold the helmets from May 2015 through March 2016. While Xenith says there haven't been any injuries reported, the crack could pose a serious risk of a head injury. If the charges are found proved, she could be struck off.
