A Polish citizen, Lukasz Herba had been living in Britain for some time according to the Italian authorities. As of Wednesday, mosquitoes in 53 of Indiana's 92 counties, including Allen County, have tested positive for West Nile virus and two human cases have been confirmed - one in Hamilton County and one in Lake County. Most people who become infected with West Nile virus do not have any symptoms.
