As part of his $4 trillion budget for next year, President Donald Trump is proposing a $636 billion cut in federal funding for CMS programs over the next decade. The Baraboo museum opened Friday for its summer season, which features a bigger big top tent, new and returning circus performers and a Ringling reunion in conjunction with the annual Big Top Parade in July. The owner of the Ringling Bros . and Barnum & Bailey Circus says Sunday's final shows are "a celebration".
