Sean Spicer apologized at an event at the Newseum in Washington, DC, the day after he compared Adolf Hitler to the current president of Syria, Bashar Assad. He had said: "We didn't use chemical weapons in World War II". In the U.S., Democrats and Jewish organizations condemned the comments. On whether Assad should be removed from power, McMaster said: "We are not saying that we are the ones who are going to effect that change". People at this income level are usually working but not making enough to afford insurance premiums and co-payments. Likai Gu (顧立楷), general manager of Uber Taipei , said the company will work with more than a dozen auto rental companies and its Uber app has updated the pricing model. The National Taxation Bureau on March 15 seized Uber assets after the company failed to pay NT$50 million in taxes for 2015. Uber has not confirmed that number, but on Thursday Taiwan general manager Likai Gu said that it was appealing against its outstanding fines. (more...)

Haydu said in a statement that the location of the fire made access hard but it was knocked down in under an hour. Footage taken by scared onlookers shows the world famous luxury Las Vegas hotel, The Bellagio, engulfed in flame . A second alarm was as a precaution and the fire is reported to be on the roof involving decorative foam on the Southside of the lake. Las Vegas Boulevard was briefly closed as a result of the fire. It could always return next session. The Texas House passed a bill preventing penalty against student veterans and their families for Veterans Affairs payments made past payment deadline. I think we've worked together well. They also can't agree on whether or not the bill would make the state safer. If the governor doesn't bend, some significant changes would have to be made to the budget as it sits now. (more...)

A spokesman for the North Korean Foreign Ministry's Institute for Disarmament and Peace issued a statement condemning the United States for the attack on Syria, while also calling for "peace by strength".
