If the deal goes through, the headquarters of the  combined  company could be placed in  Dublin , home to  Allergan , rather than  New York , where  Pfizer  is headquartered.  Allergan  also declined to comment. With other companies  announcing  or pursuing inversions, the Obama administration  acted . A deer has photobombed a newborn baby photo shoot creating a few uniquely lovely photos. According to ABC News , the deer made an appearance during 1-month-old Connor's autumn photography session. "My assistant then took part of our set up, an ear of corn, to coax her to look straight". "She just makes our photoshoots more magical when she does appear", Rion gushed. (more...)

Marin was handed over to two Unitd States police officers in Zurich who accompanied him on a flight to New York. Marin's lawyer, Charles Stillman, said he and his client would be "preparing to deal with the charges". He is accused of taking bribes worth millions of dollars from sports marketing companies in connection with the Copa America and Copa do Brasil. Project Loon's Indonesian tests will be a part of the foundation for their long term goal which is to bring the internet to millions of users no matter where they are. The balloon system has been trialed with Telstra in Australia, Telefonica in Latin America and with Vodafone in New Zealand. This ring will include around 300 balloons designed to create a "continuous string around the world" that can provide web access even if one balloon moves in the wind. (more...)

Oregon state public health veterinarian Emilio DeBess stated that people believe the plague was a centuries-old scourge but presently it is in our environment especially among wildlife. If the disease is left untreated, it has a 30 to 90 percent fatality rate and can kill in as little as 10 days. Plague symptoms typically develop in one to four days after exposure and include fever, chills, headache, weakness, and a bloody or watery cough. (more...)
