Last year, 0.7 percent of USA homes received a foreclosure filing, the lowest rate since 2006. December 2016's foreclosure rate is 1% lower than November 2016's rate, and 17% lower than December 2015's rate. Four states and the District of Columbia had the highest foreclosure inventory rate in November 2016: New Jersey (2.8 percent), NY (2.6 percent), ME (1.7 percent), Hawaii (1.7 percent) and the District of Columbia (1.6 percent). As described by the new U.S and Canada guidelines that get a data from National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, babies now should be given peanut-containing food earlier in order to avoid allergies. All infants should begin eating solid foods before peanuts are introduced. The children who were high-risk were defined the same way as in the new guidelines, which are those who have severe asthma, egg allergy or both. (more...)

Coming off their first Final Four appearance in 17 seasons the Penn State women's lacrosse team earned a preseason rank of No. 5 by Inside Lacrosse and had five players named to IL's preseason All-America teams on Tuesday. At the ceremony, Franklin won't be the only Nittany Lion recognized. A team of experts at Harvard Medical School studied the cases of almost 300 individuals with higher activity in the amygdale, and found that they were more likely to develop hearth disease, sooner than others. In the smaller study, participants' current stress levels were strongly associated with both amygdalar activity and arterial inflammation.
