The New York governor is facing allegations from five women of sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior.

Champ and Major moved into the White House in January, less than a week after Biden's inauguration.

Cuomo has resisted calls to resign and he has urged the public to withhold their judgment until an inquiry overseen by the state attorney general, Letitia James, is complete.

White House furniture is off limits, but Major has shown his disobedient side. Biden departed Monday afternoon for a two-day trip to Washington and California to visit military bases.

One will examine the regulation from DeVos, who was Donald Trump's Education secretary.

The establishment of the Gender Policy Council and DOE review of former education secretary Betsy DeVos' harmful Title IX provisions was welcomed by critics of the Trump administration's four years of attacks on women's rights and gender equality. It was heavily criticized by women's groups and Democratic groups.

The Biden administration expressed openness Monday to the idea of adding a third gender option for federal identification documents, an action pushed by the American Civil Liberties Union so as to not discriminate against nonbinary people. "But I honestly don't know whether that requires an executive order".

According to HuffPost, "The council, which will have a staff of six people, will create and submit a strategy to Biden to address gender in policies, programs, and budgets, as well as create an annual report that measures progress". "Period", she continued. "The establishment of the White House Gender Policy Council is a step in the right direction of advancing global health and gender equality once and for all".

The first order allows for the creation of the Gender Policy Council within the executive branch of government, while the second directs the Department of Education to review policies and guidelines changed by the Trump administration.

Gender discrimination can happen to 'people of all genders, ' the official said. Additionally, the council will include a special assistant to the President to focus on "policies to advance equity for Black, indigenous and Latina women and girls of color", according to Klein.

"This is not just a council", Klein told the New York Times last month.
