Another woman accusing Cuomo of unwanted kiss to come forward

Activists gather outside of Gov. Andrew Cuomo's New York office on Saturday March 27 demanding that he be impeached amid sexual harassment allegations. Tiffany Cabán a progressive activist and candidate for New York City Council said

55-year-old Sherry Vill says it happened inside her Greece, New York home who encountered the Governor in 2017 when he held a press conference in her neighborhood following the flooding of Lake Ontario.

According to Ana Liss, a former aide to Cuomo and one of his accusers, she was asked about DeRosa's behaviour in the workplace during an interview with the investigators, who were trying to figure out if she was targeted by DeRosa.

Vill says Cuomo took a special interest in her, telling her how lovely she was.

"I felt like I was being manhandled", she recounted.

At one point in the conference, Vill presented what she called photo evidence of Cuomo kissing her on the check.

Lindsey Boylan, a one-time Cuomo adviser, sparked a firestorm of accusations last month when she published an essay detailing the governor's alleged sordid behavior and claiming he tried to kiss her during a meeting in his Manhattan office.

Cuomo denies any sexual misconduct, saying his advances "have been misinterpreted as an unwanted flirtation".

Another woman, Anna Ruch, says Cuomo approached her at a 2019 wedding in the city and placed a hand on her back not long after being introduced at the reception. "You can go find hundreds of pictures of me kissing people, men, women".

Governor Cuomo has stated that he has never touched anyone inappropriately.

In a February 10 meeting with state legislators DeRosa said the state feared releasing the data on nursing home deaths over concerns that the numbers would be politicized by former President Donald Trump's administration.

He's now under two investigations for his alleged misconduct with women - one led by the state assembly and the other by the Attorney General's office.

Cuomo's office has not issued a statement addressing the latest round of allegations.

She has also been part of the state's handling of nursing home policies in the pandemic.

Since then, the governor has refused to take questions about the allegations against him, citing the multiple ongoing probes.
