With their 3-1 victory over the Atlanta Braves in Game 6 of the National League Championship Series on Saturday, the Dodgers tied the series to force a Game 7 on Sunday.

Here are some of the best images of the game from longtime Los Angeles Times photographer Robert Gauthier.

Dodgers start Walker Buehler pitched six scoreless innings - with some help from superstar right fielder Mookie Betts.

Atlanta Braves opener A.J. Minter delivers during the first inning.

Mookie Betts led off the game with an infield single on the first pitch, Corey Seager followed with a double on the next pitch, which scored Betts from first base.

Anderson, Wilson and teammates Ronald Acuña Jr., Ozzie Albies and Cristian Pache weren't born the last time the Braves played a Game 7 in the 1996 NLCS, and manager Brian Snitker said he has never been part of one.

Braves starter Max Fried was brilliant on the mound, going 6.2 innings and allowing just three earned runs, but the Dodgers got to him early with back-to-back home runs in the first inning.

Atlanta's Freddie Freeman scores on a sacrifice fly in the first inning.

The slam by Muncy off reliever Grant Dayton was the third homer in the inning, matching another LCS record.

Betts walked before Seager had an RBI single, Justin Turner was hit by a pitch and Muncy went deep.

Dodgers catcher Will Smith hits a sixth-inning, three-run home run. The 23-year-old made one NLCS appearance out of the bullpen in Game 1, allowing one hit and one walk while striking out two over 1 2/3 innings.
