In Pure Deadpool Fashion, Watch Ryan Reynolds Ruin an X-Men Reunion

Ryan Reynolds Crashes Original 'X-Men' Cast's Virtual Reunion Featuring Hugh Jackman, Halle Berry, & More – Watch!

He can't escape Ryan's trolling, even on Zoom! "Guess it's just you and me, Logan", Reynolds says to a disappointed looking Jackman. Wolverine didn't get away that easily.

Of course, the whole video is more of a pre-scripted comedy sketch than a genuine reunion, but it's really nice to see all these great actors bouncing off of Reynolds' Deadpool energy and being good sports about the disappointing Wolverine spinoff.

"I hope it's okay if I join.I figured we were all in X-Men together", Reynolds responds. The friends trade barbs and troll each other on the regular.

Somehow it's been a whole 20 years since the original X-Men movie was released and to celebrate that big milestone some of the original cast enjoyed a virtual reunion - which was epically gatecrashed by some X-Men stars from later movies in the franchise.

Actor and Global Citizen Ambassador Hugh Jackman tried to reunite over Zoom with his castmates from X-Men - Halle Berry, Sir Patrick Stewart, and Famke Janssen - during Global Goal: Unite for Our Future - The Concert on Saturday.

"Honestly it's kind of surreal you guys, I can't believe it's been 20 years since the first X-Men movie", Hugh Jackman said before Ryan just joined the reunion.

The group also starred in X2, in 2003, and X-Men: The Last Stand, in 2006. Before they could chat further about the trilogy, Ryan butted into the conversation.

That was when Sophie Turner and James McAvoy appeared on the screen.

It was a total trick - everyone quickly logged off, leaving Hugh and Ryan alone. Liev Schreiber suddenly popped up to answer, "X-Men Origins reunite!" However, it's the first time the world was introduced to Ryan as Deadpool, so there's that!

Ryan Reynolds never passes up an opportunity to prank his mate Hugh Jackman.

The COVID-19 pandemic threatens the health of people worldwide.
