23 new cases of COVID-19 reported in Monroe County

COVID-19 cases increase to 994 in Marshall County | News, Sports, Jobs

Monroe County reported three new Covid-19 cases today; and Juneau County, one. Starke County had one more positive case, bringing the total up to 66.

- Brown County, Ohio, there are 47 confirmed cases with one death.

The three new cases in Monroe County consist of a man in his 20s with no symptoms, a woman in her 40s with mild symptoms, and a woman in her 60s with mild symptoms.

A total of 2,986 county residents have recovered from the illness, the DCHD stated.

Iowa had a 9.9 percent increase in cases of people recovering from COVID-19. The first case was reported in Marshall County on March 23.

There are now 137 (19.9 per cent) active cases under observation, with no critically or moderately ill patient numbered among them.

Jamaica now has 172 imported cases; 232 cases are contacts of confirmed cases; 39 are local transmission cases not epidemiologically linked; 236 related to the workplace cluster in St Catherine, and seven under investigation. In front are Polk with 5,682; Woodbury, 3,095; Black Hawk, 1,941; Buena Vista, 1,678; Linn, 1,136; and Dallas with 1,097.
