It makes sense that the Rams defensive end was one of eight unanimous selections for the NFL's All-Decade Team for the 2010s, which was announced Monday morning.

Sherman signed with San Francisco on March 11, 2018, and appeared in 29 games and registered 15 passes defended, three interceptions (one for a touchdown), a sack and a fumble recovery in two seasons with the 49ers.

Evans and Jordan have spent almost every National Football League snap of their careers in New Orleans, with Jordan not missing a game since his rookie year in 2011. "I just see myself as Aaron, the same guy I've been all my life". Safety Tyrann Mathieu, who was a Cardinal the first five years of his career after being drafted in 2013, and running back Adrian Peterson, who played for the Cards in 2017, were also selected.

With seven postseason appearances and a Super Bowl championship, the past 10 years have been pretty good for the Chiefs.

"I am honored to have been selected to the 2010's all decade team", Hekker tweeted.

Defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh and safety Eric Weddle, each of whom spent a season with the Rams in Los Angeles, also made the list.

Two former Carolina Panthers players have been named to the NFL's All-Decade Team for the 2010s.

Sproles, who played at Olathe North High School and Kansas State, was named to the team as a punt returner and offensive flex.

New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick made the list for the second decade in a row. It's worth noting that 39 of the 55 players on the All-Decade Team are still active entering the 2020 season.

Fitzgerald, one of the few players to have played each year of the decade, was already going into his seventh National Football League season in 2010. He became only the third Browns center to earn multiple Pro Bowl selections, joining John Morrow (1962, 1964) and Tom DeLeone (1980, 1981).
