That's a day after the City and County of Denver-run Red Rocks Amphitheatre season is now scheduled to begin.

Citing the "deepest concern" for everyone affected, pop star Justin Bieber has postponed his summer tour of North America, including what was shaping up to be a back-to-school bash at Canadian Tire Centre on September 1.

It was officially announced on Wednesday that Bieber's new tour, which supports his latest album Changes, has officially been delayed. He was previously scheduled to headline Summerfest on June 24.

The statement ended on a positive note with the reveal that all shows will eventually be rescheduled and that fans should "hold onto their tickets".

Fear not, Beliebers. Everyone who has already purchased a ticket will be honored when Bieber is able to get back on the road and perform again. "Information on rescheduled dates will be forthcoming soon".
