Dana White Says He's Building Baddest Card Ever For UFC 249

UFC 249 Poster Khabib Tony

White told ESPN on Wednesday the UFC could make several changes to the UFC 249 event, which now consists of 13 fights.

Anthony Smith is just weeks away from being able to live out a career dream of fighting at home, but those plans may be derailed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but as far as the scheduled fight goes, "Lionheart" is still in full preparation mode for it.

UFC 249 had originally been set for April 18 in Brooklyn, however the COVID-19 crisis has forced president White to consider other options, with additional fights possible.

Earlier in the week, multiple media outlets ran verified reports on UFC parent company Endeavor laying off a percentage of their workforce in the face of the coronavirus pandemic.

Rogan is amazed his employers are pressing forward with the event but admits he wants nothing to do with it given the current climate.

"I guess someone's gonna commentate it [but] it's not gonna be me - and they're gonna be duking it out in an empty place".

White and the UFC have postponed three events prior to UFC 249's original April 18th date. "No I don't. You don't know anything about this f*cking situation, and you definitely know nothing about the sport, you jerk off", he railed.

"A little bit, a little bit, I think if the state and commission will allow it, they can do it under a real special circumstance with limited production crew, maybe shorten the corner group, and keep it up to 8 people in a room and a locker room".

"They're talking about doing it in a place with less than 10 people, just an open arena. We're trying to figure out if [some things] don't work out, what we do".

Rogan has no doubt in his mind that the UFC are capable of having the card go ahead as planned. "Some of the things are going to work out and some of the things might not work out". But, when you are in the position of Conor and has done what he has done, you don't need to prove anything, ' Lobov said to BJPENN.com. They wanted him to have a fight before and he had one against "Cowboy" and finished that in 40 seconds. What if they have it, and they're like Idris Elba, and they have no symptoms, but they've got corona? "Does Khabib even fight him?"

I'm going to tell you guys again: Most of what you read is not true.

"This fight is so cursed!"
