Pop Smoke is an up-and-comer in the rap game that has been making some major noise.

Rapper Pop Smoke had just returned from Europe Friday when he was arrested at John F. Kennedy International Airport in NY on a charge of interstate transport of a stolen vehicle. More recently, he collaborated with Travis Scott and his group Jackboys on their song "Gatti".

Pop Smoke has been arrested for the transportation of a stolen Rolls Royce Wraith.

A law enforcement source said that Pop Smoke convinced the owner of the Rolls Royce to borrow the vehicle for the November video shoot with promises of VIP treatment and backstage passes to future shows.

The Rolls Royce valued at $375,000 was loaned to the rapper by its owner in California for use in a music video, a source familiar with the case told CNN. After the video ended, the tickets did not return and the vehicle was not returned either.

Pop Smoke is one of the most exciting new rappers in the game right now, representing the gritty side of NY that doesn't care all too much about melody or a catchy hook. The man claims the agreement was Pop Smoke would use the vehicle that night and return it the next day at no cost, in exchange for backstage passes to a future show. Pop Smoke, born Bashar Jackson, then took multiple pictures of himself with the vehicle and posted them on his Instagram.

An insider told TMZ, Smoke was busted at JFK Airport after returning from Paris Fashion Week.

Pop Smoke is reportedly set to be arraigned in Brooklyn later this afternoon.
