Anthony Davis says the Los Angeles Lakers have higher claims after beating the Washington Wizards 125-103 on Friday's tenth win in a row. Despite a good start from the Wizards in the first few minutes of the game, the Lakers handled them easily. With the club boasting a league-best 17-2 record and James playing some of the best ball of his career, it's hard to argue with the Wizards' bench boss.

The Lakers built their winning streak by exclusively beating up on teams that are now under.500.

Considering some of the struggles against teams on the road, this was an impressive showing from the Lakers.

"... we're not paying attention to records nor are we paying attention to ours or the opponent's".

"We played well. And they beat us, but we beat ourselves with the rebounding, so we know what we've got to do better".

"That's the best team in basketball", Wizards coach Scott Brooks said. Considering how well Doncic has been playing, this will surely be a fun one in Los Angeles. Their sole loss coming from the Toronto Raptors on November 10. Numerous teams that the Lakers have competed against these past 10 games are not even projected to make this season's playoffs. Reborn, gradually fulfilling the desire to leave the ostracism to return to the foregrounds, the team added its ninth success in line with 114 to 110 to New Orleans and their fans witnessed another time to save forever: the entrance of LeBron James (one more) in the history books to become the fourth player of all time who passes 33 thousand points but the youngest to do so, at 34 years.

"We have championship aspirations, but that's not what's here right now", James said. They have the Dallas Mavericks, Denver Nuggets, Utah Jazz, Portland Trail Blazers, and Minnesota Timberwolves, all teams over.500 and in the playoff picture, lined up this week.

The Mavericks now boast a 12-6 record and sit in fourth place in the Western Conference. The team will have to find a way to stop Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic, who is on fire, averaging 30.1 points, 10 rebounds and 9.5 assists this season.
