In addition, Vulture reported that Union had supported a 10-year-old African American rapper's advancement in the competition before being told that the show needed "an act America can get behind". However one NBC insider refused the frequency of that opinions and claimed it had been given to both judges due to their hair continuity throughout the episodes\.

"We remain committed to ensuring a respectful workplace for all employees and take very seriously any questions about workplace culture", the joint statement said. Union expressed her concern and also went as far as to require that HR become involved.

On Nov. 22, news broke that Union, as well as Julianne Hough, would not return for the show's 15th season. The management has yet to issue a statement as to who will replace Union and Hough in the show.

A day later, on November 23, blog Love B Scott shared a report that offered more insight into Union's exit. The report claimed that Union has expressed her concerns about workplace culture and described it as something unhealthy.

A spokesperson for NBC and Fremantle formerly responded to these claims using an announcement to PEOPLE on November 26, stating:"America's Got Talent has a lengthy history of inclusivity and diversity in our ability along with the acts championed from the show".

After the actress requested they remove the audition from the show, the manufacturers allegedly told her,"We'll take it out later".

Sources also said that show boss Simon Cowell wanted Union to come to him about her issues on set and not NBC. Take, for example, Union's husband Dwyane Wade speaking out in support of her, or even Union retweeting a post today about the proper way to apologize. "The judging and host line-up has been regularly refreshed over the years and that is one of the reasons for AGT's enduring popularity", it said.

Patricia Arquette is among the many stars who' ve lent their help to Gabrielle Union.

'As proud as I was of her being selected as a instruct on #AGT - I am unparalleled extra cushy along with her standing up for what she stands for and that's the explanation U.S., ' the Miami Warmth shooting guard wrote.

Union thanked fans on social media - but did not provide any details on her exit from the show.

Though her days on AGT have ended, Union still has her acting career, a lovely family, and thousands of supporters who have her back.
