Steelers break out of funk, stomp Bengals 27-3

Here's where Bengals stand in new waiver wire order

Cincinnati Bengals wideout John Ross has been placed on the injured list after getting hurt in Monday's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, the United States media reported on Tuesday. The Bengals versus Pittsburgh Steelers rivalry on Monday also will be missing one of the staples from numerous matchups over the past 15 years, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. He had three catches on six targets for 36 yards on a night when the offense managed only 175 total yards.

The Seahawks selected Vannett, 26, in the third round of the 2016 draft, and he made 48 catches in 42 career games, with four touchdowns - three of them in 2018.

The Cincinnati Bengals placed wide receiver John Ross (collarbone) on Injured Reserve on Wednesday and signed wide receiver Stanley Morgan from their practice squad in a corresponding move.

Ross opened 2019 with two 100-yard receiving performances. It could also force the offense to rely on the running game with Joe Mixon. Cincinnati (0-4) is 30th in offensive points per game and 29th in yards per play. LT Cordy Glenn missed his fourth straight game while recovering from a concussion and Cincinnati's protection problems continued.
