Apple TV+ will arrive about two weeks before a new Disney+ streaming television service, which costs USD2 more per month. At Apple's annual September hardware event, the company announced a new feature called Quick Take: While taking snapshots, you'll now be able to simply hold down the shutter button to capture a video without swiping to the side to change modes.

You can order your new iPhone 11 through Apple's website and the Apple Store iOS app.

The service will enter an already crowded marketplace of streaming video services including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu.

Apple's new service costs considerably less than Netflix, which has a standard subscription of $8.99 per month.

Anyone who buys a new iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, iPod touch or Mac computer will get a year of Apple TV+ thrown in free of charge.

While the Pro models offer some impressive tech for people hoping for the very most from their photos, for most people, the non-Pro iPhone 11 offers a whole lot of value. Series slated for Apple TV+ include a drama about a broadcast morning show starring Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon. An Apple TV+ subscription can be shared with up to six family members. But it has been years since the company has had a major hit with a new device, as it did with the iPhone in 2007. Instead, Apple is increasingly focusing on cutting prices, promoting health-care technology and shifting into services to make up for slowing iPhone revenues.

Executives instead spent almost as much time Tuesday talking about products as they did touting free trial subscriptions for Apple's new streaming services, promoting its new lineup of video games and TV shows, and trade-in programs that allow customers to swap existing phones for discounts on new models.

Apple is expected to introduce upgrades for its current high-end iPhones, the XS and XS Max, and a new version of its lower-priced smartphone.

T-Mobile pointed out today that most consumers in the states are holding on to their phones for a longer period of time before upgrading (the average is 3 years according to the carrier). Apple says that the A13 Bionic is built for machine learning, with a faster Neural Engine for real-time photo and video analysis, and new Machine Learning Accelerators that allow the CPU to deliver more than 1 trillion operations per second.
