Trump says he considered his daughter Ivanka to lead the World Bank

As part of her research, Plott looked for concrete examples of ways that Ivanka had stopped her father from enacting an extreme policy that she believed went too far - and she came up empty.

"I think it would've been a lot easier for her if she'd just stayed in NY and did what she was doing", the President told the Atlantic's Elaina Plott in an interview.

"The other one" she referred to is Marla Maples, who was Donald Trump's mistress for several years and became his second wife in 1993 - the same year she gave birth to Tiffany Trump.
