McGregor is arrested for ‘theft’ of fan’s cellphone

He was released on Monday night after posting a bond of $12,500. He was quiet without the haughtiness of a billionaire as he was escorted to a waiting SUV. "Last evening Conor McGregor was involved in a minor altercation over a cell phone that resulted in a call to law enforcement", McGregor's attorney Samuel Rabin said in a statement.

"Mr. McGregor appreciates the response of law enforcement and pledges his full co-operation".

Earlier this week, Conor McGregor was arrested in Miami after allegedly smashing a fan's phone. The hotel manager told him he would sort it out. When the fan spotted Conor Mc Gregor, he attempted to take a photo. So I'm trying to take out my little phone and as soon as I bring out my phone, McGregor's there and he comes trying to shake my hand. The phone fell to the ground. Police said McGregor slapped the phone out of the man's hand and then stomped on it several times.

New footage has emerged of Floyd poking fun at McGregor for getting busted over damaging a fan's phone.

The MMA superstar pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct charges in July 2018 after throwing a hand-truck into a bus window at a media event at the Barclays Center, in Brooklyn, N.Y., in April ahead of UFC 223, which was captured on video and shared on social media.

After the incident, Conor went back to the Miami home where he is staying.

In a recent report by TMZ Sports, the victim gave his version of the story. McGregor was out of jail quickly as soon as they let him pay his bail money.
