Arsenal held talks with Rennes over Senegal forward Ismaila Sarr

Plenty of players have used masks while celebrating but do you recognise them

That's when Aubameyang scored his second goal of the game, ensuring that Arsenal would advance on a lovely passing play that beat Rennais' last defender back and the keeper for an easy tap-in to make it 3-0 Arsenal in the match and 4-3 on aggregate.

Aubameyang opened Arsenal's scoring with a goal just five minutes in, while Ainsley Maitland-Niles made it 2-0 with a score of his own of an Aubameyang assist in the 15th minute.

Aubameyang celebrated his second goal, the third on the night, by donning a mask of Marvel superhero Black Panther.

Mesut Ozil, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette all feature in a glittering attacking lineup as Arsenal look for some early goals to overturn the 3-1 deficit from the first leg.

For their part, Rennes grew into the match a little more following a sluggish start and tested Petr Cech before half time through a long-range strike from Hatem Ben Arfa.

And right now the player on the radar is Rennes winger Ismaila Sarr.

"But I think we can feel this competition like in the Premier League, to do a good way and create, with our supporters, a big atmosphere and a big feeling together to do this way in the Premier League and also here in the Europa League".

Sead Kolasinac produced a fine block in front of goal to keep out Sarr's shot and Ramy Bensebaini gave Arsenal a further scare when volleying the ball against the opposite post to the one Sarr hit, though the offside flag would have denied him anyway.

Arsenal responded soon after, though, with Alex Iwobi pulling a shot wide on 70 minutes before Aubameyang finished off a nice move minutes later from a flawless cross from the left by Sead Kolasinac.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who was a doubt before the game, has made it to the bench.

Arsenal have missed out on Champions League football for the last two seasons, and their poor away record remains a big concerns.

It did not matter in the end, though, as Rennes failed to find a way through at the other end.
