Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift win big at iHeartRadio Music Awards

Taylor Swift made a rare public appearance at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on Thursday night (March 14), and she took the opportunity to poke some fun at all those new album rumors.

The pop superstar shined on the red carpet in a paillette sequinned playsuit by designer Rosa Bloom and butterfly embellished heels.

Riffing off the premise that Perry was attending the awards show as an AI robot version of herself, Zedd jokingly addressed the possibility of a Perry-Swift team-up, explaining, "I programmed her to make music with anybody, it's great". "This is going to be a flop tour, '" a sparkling Swift told the audience. It was great to hear people saying I was going to be playing to almost empty stadiums'.

"I've learned a lot". "And it really did wonders for my self-esteem. You guys were the reason why this tour-you're the only reason why this tour-wasn't a massive failure and why it ended up being the highest-selling tour in USA history-that's you", she said.

Not surprisingly, she wanted to make sure fans saw her speech. "So I go harder, thank you!".

The massive stadium world tour spawned its own Netflix special, a special treat for fans who couldn't score tickets to the mostly sold out event. "That's you", Swift continued.

The "Gorgeous" singer's record-breaking 2018 tour ended up being the highest-grossing tour by a woman (HELL YEAH) in history. I want to thank you if you came out and saw the show in flawless weather, or if you came to one of our many rain shows that we had.

"I gotta thank my haters, you know what I'm saying", the absent rapper said in a video shown at the awards show, seen below.
