Resident Evil 2 Remake gets a "1-shot" demo on January 11

Resident Evil 2 Ps4 Demo

Following a storyline inspired by the iconic game, the Resident Evil 2: Safe House will be open for just two days from the 25th to the 26th January 2019. So then, what's a "1-Shot Demo"?

Fortunately for us, Capcom is dropping a Resident Evil 2 demo for the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 to help tide us over until the full game's release. If you die, you'll be able to keep retrying to beat the mission until your 30 minutes is up. This means you've got half an hour of playtime before the demo ends - and once your 30 minutes is up, that's it.

Even when it does, you'll have another five days to pick your brain as to whether you should put yourself through a full 4K remake of one of the best horror games ever developed.

This sort of stressful demo might be a great way to introduce players to the wonderfully horrific series that is Resident Evil.

Previous demo no longer available for download.

Last month we reported on an Xbox One listing for " Resident Evil 21-Shot Demo".

Today Capcom announced that a demo for the Resident Evil 2 remake is finally coming.

The demo places players in the Raccoon City Police Department as Leon Kennedy. As you can imagine, here you will have to fight against zombies, solve puzzles and do everything possible to survive. Second, in its passage, the user will be allotted only 30 minutes.

"Whilst you can continue as many times as you like after dying, you'll only have 30 minutes to complete the demo", the description read. Also, you can watch this video as many times as you want. What do you think about its time restrictions?
