Justice Ginsburg 'Up And Working' After Breaking Ribs

Ginsburg 'Up And Working' From Hospital After Injury From Fall

Mind you. RBG is a cancer survivor, she's had a heart procedure and she's had broken ribs before. and she's bounced back so quickly she was never out of the game.

The 85-year-old Ginsburg is "doing well" and was working from home, Supreme Court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said.

Ginsburg, who is Jewish, leads the court's liberal wing.

President Donald Trump sent well wishes to Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who was hospitalized Thursday after fracturing three ribs, while also pointing out their political differences.

The supreme court issued a statement on Friday morning saying Ginsburg had been allowed out of hospital.

Ginsburg is 85 years old, so obviously we're going to be anxious about her.

She went to George Washington University Hospital early Thursday morning after experiencing discomfort overnight.

"The last I heard she was up and working, of course, because what else would she be doing, and cracking jokes", Kimmel said. "I can't promise they were good jokes but they were jokes".

"I will literally give 3 ribs to Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg if she needs them, along with whichever other body parts she requires until 2020", said activist and WaPo contributor Holly Figueroa O'Reilly. She also called Trump a "faker", and he called for her to resign.

"Where can I donate a rib, or three?" tweeted one Ginsburg fan.

She was appointed by President Bill Clinton in 1993 and has been a steady liberal voice on the court.
