Eddie Jones names his favourite All Blacks

Eddie Jones can't wait to face the All Blacks

All Blacks coach Steve Hansen has revealed a deep respect for England counterpart Eddie Jones by saying they talk "probably every second week".

"So, I think the referees are doing a great job".

"So it probably indicates I like him and he might like me; I don't know".

It has also allowed the vast majority of the match-day squad for the Twickenham test to acclimatise in London to prepare to play a team they haven't met in four years, one that will play very differently to a Rugby Championship nation or Japan.

"The only people that don't understand what it's like to be a head coach of an worldwide team are the people who've never been one", Hansen said.

Wasps flanker Shields will face the country of his birth in England colours this weekend when the All Blacks arrive at Twickenham to take on Eddie Jones' side.

"England play a different style to us, largely, and we're going to get that at the World Cup so it's just another thing we can expose ourselves to and see how we adjust and for a number of players, it's a new experience because they're not a regular opponent for us".

"The bottom line is we talk, our wives talk, and that's not surprising".

"I just think the game is getting more intense".

Curry limped out of England's narrow win over South Africa on the weekend, and it appears unlikely the four-Test worldwide will be fit. And he's still doing the same job. "We don't get a chance to go away and come back at them in another two or three weeks", Foster said.

"Does that give him any better idea how to beat us than anyone else?"

"We've got a lot of options there", added the former England captain.

Obviously if they're not quite on the money then we're going to have a plan and it does open up an opportunity if we're smart so we have to make sure we're all aligned.

Playing the Wallabies, Springboks and Pumas so often in the Rugby Championship, and enjoying sustained success against these teams, can create mental challenges when attempting to inspire the same motivation.
