Kanye West to Meet With Trump, Jared Kushner

Ariana Grande Slightly Shades Kanye West After Pete Davidson’s Public Digs

Kanye West is following in wife Kim's footsteps after getting an invite to see Donald Trump at the White House.

The visit is the latest development in a budding relationship between Trump and West, who met at Trump Tower in NY during the 2016 presidential transition and have exchanged flattering tweets over the past year.

The rapper, who has faced criticism for his public support of Trump, will meet the president in Washington DC on Thursday, according to The New York Times.

West, a Chicago native, reportedly also wants to address job opportunities for former convicts.

Other topics of discussion will include prison reform, how to prevent gang violence and reducing violence in Chicago, Sanders said.

President-elect Donald Trump and Kanye West met in the lobby at Trump Tower, on December 13, 2016, in New York City.

His upcoming visit will not be the first time he has met Mr Trump, having been pictured with the then president-elect at Trump Tower in December 2016.

Jared Kushner, Mr Trump's son-in-law and senior adviser, will also be present, the paper reports.

As several people documented, the controversial rapper wore a Make America Great Again hat and gave a pro-Trump speech after asking the SNL cast to join him on stage. "He's racist", said West.

In April, Mr West, who wishes to be referred to as Ye, released Ye vs The People, a track which expressed support for the U.S. president.

Posting a Boomerang clip of Davidson's Saturday Night Live intro, she captioned it, "I love you like Kanye loves Kanye". I'm on them. There's nothing wrong with taking them.
