Google Street View leads to divorce after man spots wife cuddling stranger

Hushand divorces wife after seeing her with another man on Google Maps

According to Techspot, a man in Peru discovered that his wife was with another man when he was simply trying to find directions to a bridge in Lima using Google Maps.

In the capital of Lima, Google Street View captured a photograph of a man and a woman on the bench.

While moving the camera around at street level, he saw a woman sitting on a bench with a man's head on her lap.

Taken by a Google camera vehicle in the Peruvian capital city of Lima, the shocked husband said the photo caught his attention after the woman pictured appeared to be wearing the exact same clothes his wife owned.

Despite the photo dating back to 2013, he confronted his wife over her past infidelity and they later divorced after she admitted.

The woman and her lover were photographed by a Google Street View auto camera on a bench near the Bridge of Sighs of the Ravine in 2013.

Though the woman's face was blurred out, as is the norm with Google Street View, he immediately recognised her as his wife, based on her clothes and appearance.

According to legend, if you make a wish on the bridge and cross it while holding holding your breath it will come true.

La Cronica reports that the man shared his story and images of the incident on Facebook.

Google had created the Instant Street View to help people get directions to places they wish to go.

They include people in Tokyo dressed as pigeons, an escaped convict running down the road, a couple having sex by their auto and a woman giving birth.
