"I am really happy with him", said the Chelsea head coach.

New Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri believes however, that Hazard can hit even bigger heights than he has hit before, and expects his superstar to target 40 goals a season.

The English club, now sitting joint top with Manchester City and Liverpool in the Premier League (with much of that due to the sparkling form of Hazard), had reportedly put a 200-million-euro price-tag on the player's head.

"So, we just need to find a good solution", stressed Hazard.

Real Madrid will attempt to sign Eden Hazard from Chelsea in the January transfer window, according to reports in Spain. I have not thought so, so I do not want to comment on that'.

"I don't want to talk about this every day".

- Hazard scored and assisted in a Premier League game for the first time since October 2016 - which was also at St Mary's against Southampton.

"I don't want to say that I'll sign a new contract and then not sign it".

"But, from my point of view, I want him to stay - of course I do".

'It is a hard decision. It is my future. "I am 27 and I will turn 28 in January", he said. When you see him, maybe you think he is a bit focused on the game but he can make some jokes. Sometimes I think I want to stay.

For him, it's a win-win situation: Either he fulfils a boyhood dream by joining Real Madrid next summer, or he stays at Chelsea, where he is settled and adored. I don't want to say that I am not talking (at all) with the club or the owner.

'So I will see.

On the idea of a loan, Christensen said: 'I do not know. He is talking a lot with the players.

"I think it's a very open and a very honest statement". The Belgian now leads the way in the Premier League top goalscorers table with six, and Southampton will have find a way to nullify him if they're to come away with anything. At the moment, I am just shooting and scoring goals. It is similar to how we played in France with Lille. "Then we also have good players in our team, so that's why we are playing this great football".
