Sarah Sanders and Raj Shah planning to leave White House

Report: Sarah Sanders and Raj Shah planning to leave White House

Two White House officials are preparing to leave the Trump administration, reports say. However, she did not address the accuracy of the report.

Press Secretary Sarah Sanders is responding to claims that she is leaving the White House after a report produced by CBS News said that she is leaving at the end of the year.

Sanders and Shah did not respond to repeated request for comment, according to CBS.

Sanders took over briefing duties full-time from Sean Spicer after he resigned.

Raj Shah, the deputy press secretary and Sanders' most natural replacement, is also reportedly considering whether to leave his position. "I love my job and am honored to work for @POTUS", she tweeted.

In a Wednesday night Tweet, Sanders asked if CBS - the network that first reported the news - knew something she didn't know.

Others have departed the White House recently including Hope Hicks, Josh Raffel, Tom Bossert, Michael Anton, John McEntee, Cliff Simms, Steven Cheung, Kaelan Dorr, Natalie Strom, and Tyler Ross.
