Mysterious Pokemon Related Domains Registered, Rumours of Pokemon Switch Intensify

A Rock-type pokemon

And with E3 right around the corner in June, we should know for sure before Pokemon GO turns two later this summer.

Another main point to rear its head is the setting of the new Pokemon game, which will supposedly take place in Kanto, the location of the original games. Now, the company CSC Corporate Domains registered the websites pokemonletsgopikachu.com and pokemonletsgoeevee.com on May 15th.

Rogers followed up on this claim with a longer blog post, where she stated that the Pokemon game (s) for Switch will be announced before the end of May, and that the branding of the titles "might raise a few eyebrows".

When Pokemon rumors are flying around, the whole internet gets involved.

"After all, it was Nintendo who released Pokemon Go Plus, a bluetooth wearable device, developed by Nintendo's Platform Technology Division, that allows players to enjoy the game without looking at their smartphone".

Leaked information from Nintendo suggests that the Nintendo Switch versions of Pokemon have official names.

The interesting part is exactly what these domains were: Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Pokemon Let's Go Eevee. It's possible that this image is completely fake, but it's easy to see how it could lead some people to believe that Pokemon for Switch will be Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee as rumored.

The new games are allegedly quasi-remakes of Pokemon Yellow and will be set in the Kanto region, the setting for the first three Pokemon games. We were told at the time that these are mainline Pokemon titles and that it might be a year or more before Game Freak and Nintendo were ready to talk about them more. This news was posted on Serebii.net official Twitter account.

Whether or not every one of these details is true, it certainly seems like Nintendo is preparing to reveal much more information about Pokemon Switch at E3 2018.
