'Grey's Anatomy' Fans Share Mixed Feelings After April and Arizona Exits

Jason George Untitled Grey's Anatomy Spin-Off

Arizona, along with April's ex Jackson (Jesse Williams), are witnesses to the impromptu nuptials, during which Robbins gets a text from Callie (Ramirez) saying she's excited for Arizona's impending arrival in NY. The bride and groom got locked in a shed with a dead body, most of the guests showed up at the wrong location, and the wedding planner almost died from an allergic reaction.

If the song that played during the episode's final scene - aka the weddings between April and Matthew and Alex and Jo - sounded familiar, it should have.

"Ali Wong:Hard Knock Wife" doesn't provide the same kick you got discovering her in 2016's "Baby Cobra", a sensation that instantly moved her to the front of the comedy class. It is unclear how April will make her exit. (It should be noted that Chambers and Luddington are expected to return next season).

Mer starts freaking out because Alex keeps referring to her was 'was.' In the OR, the doctors, pray and they keep trying to find a heartbeat for April.

Before the ceremony, Jackson (Jesse Williams) and Maggie (Kelly McCreary) discuss how after her accident April quit her job to "do the lord's work".

Additionally, another reconciliation was hinted at when Arizona admitted to smiling whenever she reads a text from Callie.

In an exchange with a fan on Twitter, Sara Ramirez said that she would not be appearing on the episode. Meanwhile, the stress from the past year has taken a toll on Bailey, and she will re-evaluate some of her decisions, on the season finale of "Grey's Anatomy", THURSDAY, MAY 17 (8:00-9:00 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network, streaming and on demand. While in the hospital, Teddy unexpectedly arrived and asked if there were any jobs open. Back at the hospital, the revived mother-of-the-bride is able to witness her daughter's nuptials thanks to Bailey. Amelia suspects Meredith has feelings for Alex, but Meredith flips the script and points out Amelia's the one harboring feelings for her ex Owen, which Amelia doesn't deny. "Grey's Anatomy" is produced by ABC Studios.
