Backstreet Boys are back with new single 'Don't Go Breaking My Heart' – watch

Backstreet's back alright. The hitmaking boy band returns with "Don't Go Breaking My Heart", which dropped in the early hours of Thursday (May 17) through a new deal with RCA Records.

Fans of the hitmakers, who this year celebrate their 25th anniversary, not able to fly out to Vegas can also get excited as Howie let slip that they will be heading out on a hits tour in 2019.

"The minute we heard this song we knew it was special", says bandmate Kevin Richardson in a statement.

The video was directed by their collaborators Rich + Tone and was produced by Jamie Hartman and Stuart Crichton. "Just makes you wanna listen over and over again".

The single "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" is from the upcoming studio album, to be released later this year. Video for the song entitled Don't Go Breaking My Heart appeared yesterday on YouTube at midnight and is already gaining views. "It feels like we're just getting started".

The Backstreet Boys' last big chart success came past year with "God, Your Mama and Me", their hit collaboration with country duo Florida Georgia Line.

The new song is accompanied with a music video showing the aged Backstreet Boys dance like 20 years ago.
