This new ransomware seems to really want you to play PUBG

PUBG PC Update 10

The latest PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds update is now available to download for PC users, developer PUBG Corp. has announced. The biggest change comes in the form a blue zone revamp, which will greatly change the pace of the game. If you're caught outside of the blue zone at any time, you begin taking damage.

Update 10 mainly targets the blue zone, which for those who don't speak PUBG is basically the developer's way of letting you know the match is reaching it conclusion; if you don't avoid it, you're brown bread.

As you can see, the time between blue zone phases has been decreased significantly, but the speed at which the blue zone shrinks has been decreased as well.

The aim, it would seem, is to curtail passive play, a strategy that basically involves hiding and trying to keep your health up - if several players are left at the end, the one with the most health wins.

There are also a couple of long-requested quality-of-life changes being added through the new PUBG update.

Safe zones will also appear on Erangel the original PUBG Battlegrounds' map. What do you think of PUBG's blue zone changes?

The update will also include a number of other content additions and bug fixes created to bring the console and PC builds more in line with each other.

Except for the first blue zone, the probability of creating an extreme safe zone (one far away from the center of the previous circle) has been reduced by 30%. Oh, and clothing spawns are out now, too.
