The benchmark results confirmed that the G6 Plus will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor combined with 4GB of RAM. The specifications of both the devices are impressive too, but the G6 Play's processor (Snapdragon 427) will be a huge letdown for many people in 2018. All three Moto G6 phones are expected to sport full-screen displays.

Going by the leaked image, it is quite sure now that the new Moto G6 Play will carry a glass build similar to that of Moto X4 which was launched previous year. However, the fingerprint sensor has been positioned on the back of the handset. The Moto G6 series is expected to go official in MWC this year. It's main shooter is supposedly a 13 MP one and the selfie camera is an 8 MP one, still with a LED flash for selfies in the dark. It will be fueled by a 4,000mAh battery with Turbo Power fast charging technology. Starting with the G6, which will be available in indigo, silver, black and rose gold according to the renders.

Additionally, the rear image of the Moto G6 Play further confirms a circular camera module in the style of the Moto X4 with a single camera sensor houses inside. The specs are in line with past rumours about the G6 Play so it's fairly certain these are final. Dual-SIM card support with 32GB inbuilt storage is also likely to come on board. The phone is expect to bear a dual rear camera setup with 12-megapixel primary lens and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor for depth effects. The handset has been listed as sporting an octa-core chip with a maximum operating frequency of 1.8GHz which is widely assumed to be Qualcomm's 450, with the same source also re-confirming the existence of a 5.7-inch "Max Vision" display boasting an elongated aspect ratio of 18:9, i.e. 2:1. The phone will likely be powered by a more powerful Snapdragon 630 SoC.

The leaked image has not revealed anything about the operating system but it is expected to run on Android Oreo out of the box. As the company has started sending media invites for an event in Brazil scheduled on April 19.
