Manhunt for woman who 'murdered victim and stole her identity'

19-yr-old kidnapped, confined, tortured, raped for 10 days in Delhi's Aman Vihar

Deputies with the Jasper County Sheriff's Office arrested a 28-year-old Vidor woman in connection with allegations that she exposed her two children, ages 3 and 2, to methamphetamines.

A taekwondo instructor, recently released from prison, was arrested again for allegedly flashing and masturbating in front of two women in Vasant Kunj area of southwest Delhi, police said on Monday. Police said the video was taken on April 5, 2018, at 5:40 Fort Myers.

Riess and her husband, David, were well known and well liked among the 2,000 or so residents of Blooming Prairie, Minn., according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Authorities said Riess is considered armed and unsafe.

Laurel Police Officers responded to a report of aggravated assault on Mississippi Avenue Friday night. Police believe the same firearm was used in the fatal shooting deaths of David Riess and Hutchinson. Lois Reiss vanished after her husband's body was found, and her trail went cold until Pamela Hutchinson, 59, of Bradenton, Fla., was discovered dead.

Authorities say she stole Hutchinson's auto, which has been seen in Louisiana and Texas. Lois Riess is believed to be driving a stolen, white Accura registered in Hutchinson's name.

"Ms. Hutchinson's purse was found to be in disarray and all cash, credit cards and identification appeared to be removed", Lee County Undersheriff Carmine Marceno said.

Marceno said Riess "loves casinos" and has a "gambling problem". The vehicle has been spotted in Louisiana and Corpus Christi, Texas, since Hutchinson died.

Riess has three adult children and is a grandmother as well, according to Dodge County Sheriff Scott Rose.

Once in the room, Crotteau, armed with a large kitchen knife, came at her, the victim said.

Angry at the official's act, Madhuri was even more surprised when she complained against him.

Border patrol agents are on the lookout for her and Hutchinson's family wants Riess apprehended quickly.
