Level-5's Yo-Kai Watch 4 Announced for Nintendo Switch, Coming 2018

The Nintendo Switch had a very good year in 2017 selling 1.5 million units in December alone and becoming the fastest selling game console of all time in the US.

LEVEL-5 has announced Yo-kai Watch 4 as a Nintendo Switch exclusive, which has been revealed in this week's Famitsu magazine. It is still the fastest selling console in the US and the numbers are just climbing up.

The Nintendo Switch had an awesome first-year launch, especially with many of 2017's best games turning out to be Switch games. "Whether they are in search of the easiest order of bosses to fight or if they want to start the game with the most hard conditions, Sinner tailors the adventure to them". But the Switch is already proven, having surpassed the Wii U's lifetime sales in under a year, and now we know that there's likely more on the way for 2018.

Developed by Dark Star Game Studios, a team composed of AAA veterans including a former Ubisoft art director, a Blizzard technical artist, and a Konami senior programmer.

The game does not now have a release date for the Switch port. Iconoclasts is also available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and PC. As soon as this year.

According to GameStop CEO Mike K. Mauler, there are more titles yet to be announced for the Nintendo Switch. So, I think, at least for 2018, we'll continue to see the strong software slate drive additional install based on the hardware and increase attach rate.
