A new Kingdom Hearts III trailer takes a look and what appears to be a collection of minigames appearing in the larger game.

If you have participated in discussions about Kingdom Hearts 3, you must've at least viewed a couple of fan-made endings.

Attendees were treated to the Classic Kingdom trailer, which previews the title's mini-games.

The games are inspired by classic cartoons of Disney and titles that were common in 1980.

The new Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer was revealed at the Union X Dandelion fan event over the weekend. This is the second Pixar world to be included in Kingdom Hearts 3 so far, the first being Toy Story. However, a possible release date leak suggests it will happen near the end of the year. Because this falls on a Thursday, it's a tad suspect, since that is not typically when publishers release titles. While a lot of them we've seen are based around contemporary Disney properties, like Monsters, Inc. and Toy Story, today we've got a trailer for a far more retro aesthetic kingdom.

Kingdom Hearts III is due out on PS4 and Xbox One in 2018, and while it has slipped back many times already, this seems like it might be the release year that finally sticks. The retailer later changed the release date to December 31, indicating that the game will arrive this year.
