Drake Announces New Album "Scorpion" Will Be Releasing In June

Drake has revealed details of his new album, called Scorpion.

Speaking on stage, with the backdrop of Views behind him, Drake told the crowd, "I'm going to go back to making this new album in Toronto, just for you".

As if to make his first post clear, he shared another photo of a jacket with "Scorpion" and "June Twenty Eighteen" written on it. The caption reads " JUNE 2018".

On the heels of celebrating the No. 1 debut of his latest single, "Nice for What", Drake has chose to bless us with the name of his next studio album.

Earlier this month, he released the music video for "Nice For What", which starred several popular Hollywood actresses including Rashida Jones, Olivia Wilde, Tiffany Hadish, Emma Roberts, and Zoe Saldana.

"Nice for What" made its debut on the chart at number one Monday and is now Drake's fifth Hot 100 #1 song. He also dropped a two-track EP in January featuring the songs "God's Plan" and "Diplomatic Immunity". With a release month announced, speculation now begins as to the exact date the 6ix God plans to bless his fans with the new project. Drake is only the 13th artist in history to replace himself at #1.
