Nokia 8 Pro specifications leaked; Snapdragon 845, 8GB RAM and more

Nokia 9 Notch

According to a latest report from NokiaPowerUser, the company is planning to launch a new handset, expected to be called the Nokia 9 (2018), with the iPhone X-like display. If the recently-concluded MWC 2018 is anything to go by, there are plenty of Android manufacturers out there adopting the cutout.

As per the report and leaked specifications, the upcoming Nokia 1 smartphone to sport a 6.01 Inch full HD display with 1080 x 2160 pixels of screen resolution. This will definitely make this device HMD's most ambitious handset yet. An earlier report claimed that Nokia 9 would have the "best in class" smartphone camera. The same Chipset is available on Samsung's new flagship phones, Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ smartphones. We have seen a bunch of smartphones over the past few weeks sporting iPhone X-like notch cut out, and we can expect to see phones like the Huawei P20, OnePlus 6 and Xiaomi Mi 7 to feature the forehead as well. The basic one will feature 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, whereas the other variant will feature 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

For the camera optics, it will feature a 16-megapixel and 16-megapixel dual camera setup on the back along with dual-tone LED flash. It would also come with a dual Tone LED flash light for the flawless photography in low light. As for the front camera, the Nokia 8 Pro will make use of a 13MP sensor.

Apparently, the Nokia 8 Pro will be the upgraded version of the Nokia 8 Sirocco. It is backed up by 4000mAh battery and it also supports wireless charging.

We last reported about confirmation of our exclusive about Nokia 9 2018 via trusted sources in China.

Sadly, there is no any official statement released by the HMD Global regarding the availability of the new rumored smartphones i.e. Nokia 9 and Nokia 8 Pro. But the company has kept two of its most powerful phones of this year for the third quarter. We can take this list of information with a pinch of salt.
