Monster Hunter World Deviljho Release Date Revealed, Free DLC Coming Soon

Monster Hunter World Adding Deviljho Week

Starting March 22 players will begin to find themselves face to face with Deviljho, a fierce beast whose endless stomach has him in search of any monsters or hunters that lie in his path.

Capcom has just concluded a lengthy live stream, announcing details of upcoming updates for Monster Hunter: World. Among them will be the introduction of paid appearance change tickets, with 1 free ticket given to all players. If weapon changes aren't enough, rejoice as the March 22 update will also make it so ally attacks can no longer interrupt the carving animation. The biggest addition included in the update is the new monster Devilijho, which promises to be a real challenge even for those who have mastered the game.

So far as events go, World players can participate in the Spring Blossom Fest which runs from April 6th to April 20th.

Also during the Spring Blossom Fest, we'll be hosting two very special Event Quests.

Spring Blossom Fest complete with a fully decorated gathering hub and fun daily activities. And speaking of adjustments, if you're not happy in retrospect with how you've crafted your Hunter, players will be getting a free "Hunter Personal Grooming Ticket" that will allow you to change your Hunter's gender and looks, though your Palico and your name will stay the same.

Other major changes include reduced loading times, the ability to return to the Gathering Hall multiplayer area after a quest, alongside a raft of balance tweaks to nearly all of the game's 14 weapon types.

The Palicoes have become a huge part of the Monster Hunter World franchise without even trying.
