Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Officially Launches 12 October 2018

Black Ops is back! That's earlier than Call of Duty normally hits shelves; the shooter franchise typically hits in the first week of November.

The publishing giant has said that more information about Black Ops IIII.

On May 17, Activision and Treyarch will host a community reveal, where we can expect to see and hear a lot more.

Mark your calendars as a special community reveal event will be held for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 on May 17th.

Unfortunately Activision didnt really release any details other than Black Ops 4 is coming out later this year.

After an entire day of leaks, hats, and unusual roman numerals, Activision has officially announced Call of Duty Black Ops IIII. The global launch for the game was also confirmed to be on October 12th.

All those clips are from previous games in the series, but it appears the cyberpunkish setting of the last entry, which was somewhat controversial with fans, will be sticking around.

In the official announcement, which has been posted on Twitter, there was also a very short Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 teaser.

The buzz started after a tweet went out showing Houston Rockets player James Harden wearing a cap bearing a logo that had a striking resemblance to that of Call Of Duty: Black Ops III.

Call of Duty Black Ops IV will release for PC, PS4, and Xbox One on Oct 20.

The Call of Duty news comes on a unique news day as well, with Nintendo announcing a direct scheduled for later today. Interestingly, users can now link their Blizzard Battle.Net account with their Call of Duty account.
