Scott Baio Sexual Harrassment Allegations

Scott Baio Sexual Assult Accusations Press Conference

As we reported, at a press conference with lawyer Lisa Bloom on Wednesday, Charles In Charge star Alexander Polinsky spoke out for the first time to accuse the Happy Days thespian of sexual harassment and abuse.

"Alexander Polinsky, like Nicole Eggert, has made multiple inconsistent statements", McGrath said, then described Bloom as having "just recently defended Harvey Weinstein".

"Alexander wanted to come forward after seeing Nicole continuously getting beat up in the media, but he also had his own story that he wanted to share". Maybe its because of the Times up Initiative by Hollywood leading ladies.

Polinsky and Eggert played brother and sister on the show, and Baio played a college student who served as their nanny. She was here to support her cast member saying that, given what she claims they endured, "Our innocence was robbed".

Baio live-streamed the news conference on his Facebook page but did not attend. Both the actors elaborated the torture they allegedly went through the hand of Baio. This story is just beginning to be told.

"I was sexually harassed by Scott Baio and ultimately assaulted by him between the ages of 12 to 15 years old".

Both Eggert and Polinksy said they are not interested in money and do not plan to file a civil suit. "My excitement did not last long." .

"Scott was a hero to me".

A spokesperson for Baio disputed the allegations. I was 11 years old. The younger actor said he then jokingly jumped onto Baio's lap, at which point the latter star allegedly "threw me off and angrily called me a f-got".

"After he (Polinsky) walked in on me and Scott being intimate on his lap, and he was thrown to the ground, this is when all the abuse began".

Bloom added that child abuse takes many forms. Baio repeatedly talked about "gay sex acts that he told me I would grow up to perform".

"Scott told me of his sexual conquests with young girls and the co-stars of the show", Polinsky said.

Baio once pulled down Polinsky's trousers, he claims, in front of 100 cast and crew members on the "Charles in Charge" set. "And on another time he laughed as he cut a hole in the canvas wall of my private dressing room on set and exposed his genitals to me". One of the most painful memories of my childhood was when Scott and I were backstage waiting to enter the set for a scene. "I faked a basketball to him". There was also an incident when Baio dumped a cup of hot coffee in Polinsky's face. The show ran from 1984 to 1990, when Polinsky and Eggert were minors, and Baio was in his 20s.

When asked why Baio wouldn't give an apology, which is what Eggert and Polinsky have asked for, Glicklich said, "You can't apologize for something that's not true". Glicklich said attorney Leonard Levine would represent Baio in that matter, and that he would be presenting the LAPD with evidence to refute Eggert's claims.
