Kim Cattrall calls out Sarah Jessica Parker for 'exploiting' brother's death

Cattrall also directed her followers to an NY Post article that claims the pair's rivalry dates back to 1998, when Sex and the City first aired on HBO.

If this doesn't make it clear, nothing will-Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker are definitely not friends anymore.

But it seems Cattrall is done with her former co-star's words, posting the below message to her Instagram.

She sent out another post on Instagram, saying: "My Mom asked me today 'When will that @sarahjessica parker, that hypocrite, leave you alone?' "Your continuous reaching out is a painful reminder of how cruel you really were then and now".

Cattrall's brother Chris (55) was found dead last week after going missing from his home in Alberta, Canada.

'I would like to thank my fans, friends, and my #SexandtheCity colleagues for the outpouring of support for myself and family over the past 72 hours, ' Kim, 61, posted on Instagram.

Sarah and SATC co-star Cynthia Nixon reached out to Kim on social media following the announcement. Xx, ' Sarah wrote in the comments section of Kim's heartbreaking announcement.

The HBO series is now in its second season, with Shannon playing the role as Diane, Parker's character's close friend.

Kim, of course, disagrees and has squashed rumors of there ever being another Sex and the City movie.

And this is when Cattrall swung the ax towards Parker's neck and tried to swipe her head off. Cattrall let it be known, clearly and unequivocally, that Parker's words of sympathy were not welcome nor appreciated.

"The common ground that we had was the series and the series is over", Cattrall told Morgan.

"That many years spent doing something so special that people had a connection with it is such a privilege".
