Huawei P20 Lite leaked in live images; shows iPhone X-like notch

Huawei P20 Will Feature Triple Rear Camera Setup Teaser Suggests Renders Show Dual Cameras on P20 Lite

Based on the leaked renders of the Huawei P20 Plus [VIDEO], it's natural to expect a tri-camera setup at the back, identical to Huawei P20. Called Huawei P20 Plus, the third variant of the flagship will take cues from the P20 while offering some upgrades like a bigger screen and battery.

The following images leaked by the aforesaid site gives us an overview of the two phones.

Speaking of schematics, Huawei seems to have included a notch on the front of the phone display. The Huawei P20 Lite sports a 5.8-inch full HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The dimensions of the device will be approximately 148 x 71 x 7.2 mm. Other connectivity options such as USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm AudioJack, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc. are very well available on the device. Apple used the notch on iPhone X for the sensors for the Face ID and Huawei might also come with a better facial recognition system. Huawei traditionally uses a dual camera system, with the secondary lens usually a monochrome lens that works together with the main one to capture more detail and light at night.

The back panel of the P20 Lite features a vertically aligned dual camera setup instead of three as rumoured earlier. The device's power and volume rocker keys will be located on the right side.

Being the most anticipated smartphones, the Huawei P20 Lite smartphone has received plenty of leaks till date.

Given these high-end specifications, it is likely that the P20 Plus will cost the top dollar - much in the range of the iPhone X and Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

Furthermore, the device would be powered by company's own, Kirin 970 Chipset.

As for the OS, it is expected to run the latest Android Oreo wrapped around company's in-house EMUI 8.0. The smartphone is said to feature 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage and there will another variant that will come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
