Back in October previous year, HMD Global launched its mid-range smartphone - the Nokia 7 - in China. Moreover, Nokia 6 (2018) has an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC, 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM, microSD card slot that can go upto 128GB and a hybrid dual-SIM configuration. The side profile is similar to what we have seen in the previous generation model launched a year ago and is robust as well. The 5.5-inch screen still remains Full HD only, and the "bofie" cameras, which Nokia is still marketing, are also the same.

The color options included here are Black and Silver, and for the 32GB and 64GB variants, the price set is 1499 yuan and 1699 yuan respectively.

The wait for the Nokia 6 (2018) is finally over. However, Nokia has not yet announced the launch date for the most anticipated phone. Powering the entire package is the same 3,000 mAh battery with support for fast charging technology.

We have been hearing lost of rumors about the new Nokia 6 over the latest few weeks. The only other minor changes to the Nokia 6 (2018) are its use of USB Type-C for charging and an upgrade to Bluetooth 5 from Bluetooth 4.1. The handset comes with Corning's Gorilla Glass 3. The smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 630 processor, Adreno 508 graphics, 4GB RAM, 3000mAh battery alongside 32GB and 64GB expandable internal storage capacities. So we assume that Nokia 6 (2018) will be launched at a higher price tag. The smartphone also gets OZO audio recording and the famous Bothie feature.

In terms of the optics, the Nokia 6 (2018) is expected to come with a 16-megapixel CMOS sensor at the back and an 8-megapixel camera sensor up front.

According to a report from NokiaPowerUser, HMD Global will launch the Nokia 7 in India this month. Nokia 6 (2018) ships with an improved processor, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and "Boathie" mode for camera, a feature first seen on Nokia 8.
