Rumor: Ubisoft Once Again Hinting At South Park's Arrival On Nintendo Switch

Let the awesome ’80s references flow through you

Nintendo has been known to do its own thing when it came to consoles and that is exactly what they plan to do now as well as in the near future.

The brief news alert is only visible on NintendoUK's website, and there's not a lot of information.

Later today at 10pm United Kingdom time, Nintendo will unveil a "new interactive experience" created for their hugely popular Nintendo Switch console.

This experience is specifically designed for kids and "those who are kids at heart". Instead, Nintendo says that it will introduce a new way to play using the Nintendo Switch on this page at 7:00am JST on January 18. The company revealed that there are now no plans to explore virtual reality or 4K support citing the relatively small market as the main reason behind its reluctance to invest.

According to Nintendo, the Remastered release will include the Artorias of the Abyss DLC, as well as an improved frame-rate and resolution.

The game is already available on Steam for PC, PS4, PS Vita, XBox One, Android, iOS, Wii U, Linux and Ouya.

Over the last few years, Limited Run Games has provided PlayStation 4 and Vita owners a way to pick up indie games in a physical format.

During the recent Nintendo Direct it was also revealed that Super Mario Odyssey would be getting new content as part of a free update.
