Jaguars RB Leonard Fournette not hurt in crash

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette

Jacksonville Jaguars rookie Leonard Fournette is unharmed after being involved in a vehicle accident on Tuesday.

The crash reportedly involved three cars, with Fournette getting rear-ended by another vehicle. "Leonard is ok and was able to drive home".

The Jaguars say Fournette's auto was rear-ended but would not provide any further details.

"Appreciate everyone that has reached out to check on him", Dickman tweeted. WJXT TV-4 also reported that he autographed his back bumper, broken off in the incident, and gave it to a firefighter who responded.

Fournette suffered an ankle injury in the second quarter of the Jaguars' 45-42 divisional round win over the Steelers in Pittsburgh this past weekend. Fournette, who's helped ease the pressure off quarterback Blake Bortles by being consistent on the ground, has accounted for 1,040 yards and nine touchdowns on 268 carries in his first year as a pro.

The Jags will travel to face Tom Brady and the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship Game on Sunday.
